Basically i want to``TRADE`` my gear and everything i own , ( Similar to what Nagash , Anarchy and many others have done in the past) because im leaving for personnal reasons.

Looking @ what you have displayed on the link you have maybe 7 to 8k ed worth of sutf not 25k ... Your personal training room is worth nothing because it cannot be traded to anyone. once your accout does decay the trainer will go bye bye as well as it s linked to you. If it were a newer style one then it would be worth the 500 ed but would have to be traded linked to a house .
