So, I'm not sure if this is a bug or if it is working as intended, but I took on an escort quest to take a "seeker of adventure" to Dungeon Wrong. However, every time I tried to enter Wrong, I got a message about "pets" not being allowed in, and I was kicked out to the outside of the entrance. I did not have any "pets" with me, but it looks like the "seeker of adventure" was treated as a pet.

I was forced to abandon the escort quest because I couldn't figure out how to get him/her inside the dungeon. Am I missing something, or is this a bug? (I wouldn't have cared -- it's just an escort quest, right? -- except that I had a lot of trouble because I had to rescue him/her from a cage guarded by ratmen (including a mage who killed me once), and I was determined to finish the quest and get rewarded for my considerable effort.

Dungeon Wrong in Felucca is a no pet area and is linked to the Trammel side by a portal. It sounds like the rules for Fel are overstepping their bounds and interfering with Trammel. As far as the escort is concerned, you should notice that whenever you escort, your pet count goes up by one; so basically escorts are your human pets as long as you have them. This also goes for the Men at Arms mercenaries that you can hire from the Jelohm Fighting Pits.

Even so, if we are not allowed to take pets into Wrong (Trammel or Fel), then I'm thinking there shouldn't be NPCs asking to be escorted to a place they are not allowed to enter. Either that, or remove the pet restrictions from Trammel Wrong, or move them further into the dungeon so that one can at least ENTER the dungeon with an escort long enough to get credit for completing the quest.
