Which would you consider broken or useless items?

I am compiling a list of items that currently have little to no use in the everyday gaming world with the hopes, that with new facets and quests, and other upcoming surprises we can hope to find a use for. These can be something underused, or not used at all. Something no-one currently wants for any reason, other than maybe to collect it and display it on a shelf.

Things like most doom gauntlet artifacts other than a select few.

Please chip in with items that you feel a use could be found for, that doesn't currently exist.

I am not looking for ways to utilize these items currently, although in the future there may be such a thread dedicated to that.
Also please note, this list is for months, or possibly years in the future. Things may, or may not change between now and then. I'm just getting a head start.

Well, this is not just a single item but i would like to see mining sand made more worth a while (make the sand stackable for example)

Once again not an item, but a system, so i'm uncertain if it qualifies here: rest of the virtues, currently 2 working (sacrifice and compassion)

It is not an item, but a property - 'Hit Dispel' is of no use in our world ...

Executioner Caps (the mushroom), most of the Necro reagents, fertile dirt, many of the "recovered from a shipwreck items (I understand that on some shards the bone piles, skulls, hip bones, etc can be cut up into stacks of bones for use in crafting, and would like to see unfinished barrels either become finishable to make kegs, or at least be able to be chopped down for the wood, shells...), luminescent fungi & switches, golems and golem assembly items, arcane gems.
