I am selling a 4x18 house plot that is Located in Tram Near where the Xroads Champ spawn is in Fel.
This plot is unique ... I have attached a picture to help Give you an idea of the layout as well . the house plot is square in layout.

House 1 has nothing special about it really.
House 2 is sunk by 1 full floor As displayed in the attached picture. ( 100 ed)
House 3 is sunk by 2 Full Floors (200 ed)
House 4 is sunk by 3 Full Floors. ( 300 ed)
Joining value 150 ed.
The house is open to the public and you are welcome to go and view it ... I have added some stairs between each level so you can see the effect .
I am selling the entire plot ... Total value for this is 750 ed + the cost of the plots ... I am asking 600 ED for all 4 plots ...
I am willing to entertain other offers as well.
You must have 4 house slots to buy this ...
If you buy this and need help moving I will be glad to help move items to the new house for you ...
