Could someone please explain what +Veritas meant by "sampled"? I've heard of DNA samples from monsters; have no idea what sampling an item means.

Is that to say that it can't be sampled at all, or that it simply won't take the slot of a totem as it appears to? Could you not use it as a sample and have a relayer that fits the bracelet slot and has the appearance as it currently does?

By sampling he is referring to relayering. All relayers must have a sample

Ouch, decreases the value alot

Even if it was able to be used for a relayer, it would still sit in the bracelet slot, not the talisman slot. Since it's currently a bracelet that looks like a talisman, you'd just end up with a bracelet layer item. These aren't able to be relayered, there was a bit of a bug with them when they were originally made, which coli fixed when he had time. A couple had been modified/relayered already (like Anarchy's), so coli let those players keep them that way, but all other "fake talismans" are not able to be relayered or used as a sample. Actual talismans that are advertised as relayerable during their auction can be utilized as a relayer (like Dramoor's).
