My snow globe cycles through locations.
A "snowy scene of Trinsic", may later be a "snowy scene of Yew".
Release it, then lock it down again and you'll have a different scene.

That's the 2012 globes, they cycle trough locations when moved/locked or unlocked/on every world save. The ones from 2013 do not change.
