Resource box, some fixes and edits

Added resource box - will be added on the token stone - it enables you to store diffirent kinds of resources, granite, reagents, leather, metal... into one simple box. This box works only when locked down in your home, and is accessible from the near distance. It's not portable like ResourceKeys.



Fixes:
- bulletin boards now keeps messages on it for 7 days (before it was 6 hours)
- "you are frozen and cannot move" when you die, hopefully fixed.
- disabled breeding/leveling for custom ridables and "seekers of adventure"
- hopefully fixed a display problem with crafting bonus clothing
- first step of the gravedigging quest monsters dont drop their hair as loot anymore :lol:
- energy crystals (minoc-jhelom quest) now break exactly when they are supposed, not in the strange fashion they did before (you might not notice the diff), it's shards can be picked up (was a problem if it was broken on a boat and you couldnt drydock the boat)
- Runebook problem with "you cannot drop a rune in the runebook while viewing it's contents" hopefully fixed

Changes:
- some more configuration for Lady Luck tokens lottery, to balance the game.
- arcane gems made stackable. (you cannot drop them onto eachother, but if you drop them on a container, they will stack within that container)
- blank and spell scrolls made lighter, 0.2 stones per scroll
- lesser hiryu doesnt need to be subdued anymore.
- new characters start with a mule
- Grade A logs have a diffirent hue now, so you cannot mix them with bamboo wood.
- boat building has been changed, now takes less GradeA boards to make a boat.
- Meer mage's swarm of insects now lasts approx 15 minutes (8-20 perhaps), in case you dont do anything to stop them by yourself. this was a big problem, nobody knew how to get rid of them

why no leveling of custom ridables?
i can see no breeding, since they are supposed to be rare and someone could essentially make a whole posse of them starting with 2. but this also sort of makes them useless. not sure how hard it would be to script, but maybe have the parent die without return on breeding these, so you can still make a decent usefull one, but without hurting the rare factor.
