Buying a 3x46 or 4/38 looted weapon to level

Fairly new to the shard, so I'm not able to afford a high-end weapon yet.
I'm looking for a 3x46 or 4/38 looted weapon with fire/lightning and a combo of HLD/HML/HLL. My understanding is that these weps usually go for 500k-800k.
