Balrog spawns?

I'm guessing that the nerfing of the spawns is an attempt to lessen the gold making and trying to balance some economy?

I think you just nerfed the fun.
longer waits just make it boring.too boring.

killing is fun, with the spawn you could get a chest, which was fun, no real value. with a map you could go dig something up with a bit of challange- fun.
Blood has never been so empty -.-
just decrease the money drops instead?

The spawn timers have not changed. Someone had dragged two of the spawn to the northwest corner of blood. They are reset now.

I'm pretty sure someone's doing it on purpose too. I've been making balron rounds more and more, and I keep finding them out of place. The best was once recently in Terathan Keep: someone pulled a balron to the ankh in the lower level and left it there.

It's not really much of an issue if you're able to hunt balrons. You just cast a wider net to find them. I don't use a runebook, so it's no skin off my nose. But, if it is actually a player doing it, I just wish (s)he wouldn't pull them to areas where younger players legitimately hunt.

maybe I should watch this and give some rock jail to the one doing it. If it persists, I will set a decay on balrons so they reset after 12 or so hours. +V

thought moving spawn was extinct years ago with patches.
