can't find a shop

Anyone know where the ooga booga shop is located? I lost my rune there and can't find it on the shop list

Go to Serpents Hold Shop [Locke] and there is red color house to house teleprter on ground!

gah. just noticed this...I can't seem to find the house to house one though

The shop doesnt exist. Neither do the players who owned it.
