Yard Sale

Due to my hoarding issues 
I am having a yard sale at my house (Housegates, echee named YardSale). Should I let the varmit go wild, it's the purple housegate on the top tier, SW area labeled Lavode Abode. Please PM me offers on anything you are interested in. New players, please stop by! I have some stuff out now for the new home owner/decorator and a few armor/gear items. Vets, I have some of the quest deco stuff out. Collectors, I may have a thing or two you are missing. 
I will be going through my stuff and CB's over the next few weeks, trying to get rid of stuff, so be sure to check it out now and then, as new or duplicate items may be for sale: especially from CB's!!! When I start going through his stuff, the newer players are REALLY gonna want to check it out, lol!
