Something with Hit lightning + Mana Leech + area hit ??

check out vendors.uoex.net
Nifty little function that allows you to search all of the server's vendors for specific items.

I hear ya lol, ill keep an eye out. Working up your fletching is relatively cheap and easy in the mean time though.
