I can manage to equip the quiver of blight and even see the damage increase, when I'molding abow.Problem is when I place arrows in it,which it does do mind you, I am unable to shoot any of my arrows.Ever go into battle w/ only your bow in hand knowing you have a quiver of arrows and than not being able to use those arrows?Not cool! haha.I took off the quiver and there were my arrows back in my pack.I reequipted the quiver and just carry arrows as normal, for the damage increase.

Fixed in server version 34 G. Once it's in effect just contact a staffmember to exchange your "quiver deed" into an actual quiver.

Is that item or recipe still on the server ? i havent found anyone or any vendor with any of those 2 , just wondering since the post is dated from 2007... thanks !

They are still available, i think you can get one by crafting it. There are probably at least 20 of these in the game, so it's an accessible item.
