Floating Island For Sale

Just trying to get a feel for what people would offer for this. It's a custom 18x18. Nothing crazy, just a floating island. I still plan to add clouds and figure out how I can add storage without it looking tacky. Give me some offers people. Here or in game pm Vladmir

make it like a normal house... nobody wants to buy it if it has no storage.
