WTB 5x46 or 4x58 lootd weps no dmg inc or dispel

Like the description says im looking for a 5x46 or a 4x58 without dmg increase or hit dispel. Realistically id like it to not have any area spells as well as it will be turned into a yumi. Depending on the stats and weapon type i'm paying 5m+ please pm me in game at Tormentor with the item description. thanks a lot!
