Not that good. The +5HP doesn't effect on bio. Mana regen also not good. I can easily find one with sf5, stamina regen 3 and some RPD(>10%).

I personally used them for my toon but I recently relayered something into that slot. I add blessed/SR5 to all my stuff. I think these legs are pretty good for a player.
