(RESOLVED) Swap catagory on forums

Can there be a place to go and put BOD you need to or have to swap for others? there will always be people needing a particular bod, and if we get people used to placeing "an ad" on forums, maybe will keep the spam down when we get open to public

it's just that if we have a sub-forum open, it must be used. Not like all of those newbie forums, they open 20 and expect all of them to have 1000 posts in them
