What do I do if I lose my password?

Send an email to the address listed on the frontpage, in the email write your username and you might also write your character name in case I have problems finding the account. Then I'll send back a few questions so that I can verify that it really is your address, once you reply back to that I will reset your password to something that will be automatically generated.

my hubby made an account for me and wrote the password down wrong and now i can't get in. the account name is kimberlieburns

*smacks hand to forehead*. i really suggest not putting your username where people can see them. hehe
