Excelsior

Benches, like those in the Large Mable House, the picnic table benches, and the likes. There have been some occasions where I thought this would make a house look better but had to resort to normal benches from carpentry.

Also, making the Elven Love Seat and the Elven Long Table both deeded, that way we can sit on them properly

I am willing to script them, but I don't know how the server is setup. I would like to script so it saves the hue (no uni-tub GM pages needed ^_^)
