Fishing T-maps

Was wondering if it was possible to make it so maybe lvl 2 or lvl 3 t-maps could be pulled up besides just lvl 1s. especially since MiBs give possible lvl 1, 2 or 3 treasures, seems the maps would also have a chance of being those as well.
