Carpentry bod additions, changed prices, other.

1. Carpentry bods are now improved a little, meaning that Instruments and Lockable Containers also have marked of which wood they are made - making them possible to be put in a BOD.
- added 3count large bod (wooden equipment: wooden shield, bokuto, tetsubo)
- added 6count large bod (containers: wooden box, small/medium/large crate, wooden chest, plain wooden chest)
Also you will not get "You can recieve a bulk order now" message without actually getting a bod. If your skill is too small, you simply wont get that option in the context menu.
Minimum skills for carpentry and fletcher bods are 25.
2. Minimum skill for crafting a Bow reduced to 25 - bod related change.
3. Tanners now buy:
leather 4gp
horned 14gp
barbed 16gp
4. scribes and mages now have the same price for spellbook.
Probably some more minor thingies, but generally, this hasnt been a very productive week... took some time to figure out these instruments and containers how they work.
