I am really sorry, but that weapon is nearly worthless. I mean, you could try ask 300-500k, but idk if there will be anyone willing to invest on it. That is just my opinion, of course. Good luck

The attributes you want in a weapon are either heavy on the hits (for an end-game weapon) or heavy on the relayer attributes (for a relayer). That weapon is evenly split between the two, which means it doesn't have enough of either one to be worth anything.
