Help configuring Orion

I downloaded Orion. But can’t seem to get it to run. Any help or pointing me to an install and configure guide would be appreciated.

address port: shard.uoex.net
You "add new profile" select "blank profile" address port: shard.uoex.net put in your account and password.
Leave the server and character area blank
then select "configure client version" select your UOEX client file
then select "open editor" and put client version to 5.0.9.12
