PC 4x12% Please

heya, can i get a PC on this please. theres one in TC for 90ED but i know you take those prices with a pinch of salt. whats reasonable? thanks
In my opinion this is worth 10-20ED tops. That's a 600k-1.2 mil valuation.
No way a 4 x 12 is worth 5 mil gold especially when one of the 12s is physical resist.
Some people might disagree with me but at the end of the day it's worth what someone is willing to pay for it. I personally wouldn't pay anywhere near 90ed for this.
