what are the quest rewards for completing this area ?

Off the top of my head I believe it's Ravnos's Shield of Endurance, Havxx's Ring...and maybe one other item you can get. Havvx's Ring can be stolen from one of the mini chests/containers in one of the building - it's not a quest reward. I believe you may need a key from one of the NPCs to either access the building or unlock the container.
