As topic says, when i want to summon my mule, 10 charges of my BoS are substracted. I have another BoS for my human bio, there only 1 Charge is counted off.
Hopefully the mule-bos is bugged, not the humanbio-bos

If you summon out to fel its 10 summon to tram from tram its 1
