moving TC blacksmith

Humble request,
is it possible to move Morgance the Blacksmith in TC to the correct side of the wall, so she can stand next to smithy?
She is wandering on permanent smoke break or talking over communication crystal next to New Player Donation Room portal.
When blacksmith is next to the forge there is chance to raise Durability when repairing with Repair Deed.
