FS - Castle w/ room for expansion - 15m

Just placed a castle in that mirror malas land just outside luna. asking 15m to get me started here. I quested the cash to buy the building and placed it in hopes to get going. I've been on shard around 10 days.

Just FYI: There's so much open room for housing that it is very unlikely that anyone would pay that amount for a castle. Being right outside a city is cool but most people have a pocket teleporter and/or can just recall everywhere so it doesn't really have many benefits.

It's not just that. Because castles take two house slots, they're a bad deal compared to a Keep. You can have two Keeps for the same house slots.
Exception for the grandfathered castles that only take 1 house slot, but those aren't sellable: the recipient needs two house slots.
In both cases though, they're not worth much outside of a few really classy locations and Trammel. "Near Luna in one of the Malas clones" is not a particularly classy location.
