Why is it forbidden on the server to kill players without agreement? What is this nonsense? Such online when playing only 1 account per person and you can’t just attack players in any zone ???

It is not forbidden, it is deactivated. It is a non-PvP server.
There are PvP area(s), there is one dungeon near Brittain that I know, you can also fight with your guildies.

There's lots of shards where PvP is activate. This just isn't one of them except in a few, very limited places.

The first part of Grundick's statement is right. You've chosen the wrong server if you want PvP. The way equipment is geared here PvP would be a fairly pointless ordeal. With personal world teles it would be nigh impossible to kill any mid-late game players. The server is great, but it really is a PvM/PvE server, if you want PvP this isn't the place.

Not sure what Grundick means in the second part of his post.

Y'all didn't answer his question. There are at least two answers:

1. Some of us don't like PvP. You have all the other shards. This one is for us.

2. Relayers. Can you imagine relayers on a PvP shard? There's no balance between individual players' power. There are lots of really cool things about UOEX which are possible precisely because it's not PvP shard.

Imagine the situation. You beat mobs, pump skills with weak weapons. The body comes up and kills everything, preventing you from pumping. Once, twice, three. I would like to give it to him on the head, but the rules of shard forbid it to be done.

Beauty of this shard since it's not PVP, most people are friendly, won't spawn steal and actually do follow shard rules That sort of situation would be handled by staff. Your scenario sounds incredibly boring way to handle the situation and as way too much unnecessary drama...

Also, there is no point in PVP here, truly. We have basically god mode on this shard with instant heal bandages if you got enough dex/stam and the only counterplay to it is to block healing (mortal strike) and hope you can inflict enough damage to kill before they can heal again. That being said you can't PVP outside specific locations anyway.

because item based PvP is cancer that requires no actual skill. said cancer is magnified 10 fold on any server with a donation option for top end items. non consent PvP is also largely perceived as greifing.

Tell you what ill go afk camp in the pvp area and i know that when i come back online ill still be alive with all the relayers and scripts i would be you might even die just from my counter attack so if you want to come on down and try your luck.

That is exactly why we don't have pvp, that and as it was said above, we don't want it.
