[Newb] Master of Arts

I suggest that the hit points of the newb area Master of Arts champ be reduced by 10-15%.
Overall, this champ for new players is fairly balanced - especially the monster waves. They are difficult enough that they are tough on newer players, but are doable with 4-5 people with a few pets.
The boss, however, I think is not balanced properly for the new player instance. The attack damage and general difficulty is appropriate, but the health pool is very high for new players. My main argument for lowering the hit points is this: a massive health pool does not make the boss more difficult, it simply makes it more time-consuming. This creates the illusion of difficulty. Anyone can solo the boss with one or two mules, but because the hit points are so large, it takes a very long time. I do not think this is fun for most players - it becomes annoying.
As far as the other 3 Master of Arts spawns - I think they are just fine, because it is typically more than just new players fighting.
