Why do I have a storage bonus of -18,000?

I also had this problem and happened to mention it when +C was online last night, he came to my house and checked and said that as long as you can secure and lock down stuff normally, it should just be a graphical glitch with the gump. Think he said he is working on a fix.

I don't think it's just graphical glitch since I can't put anything in my house while there are more than 1k storage space available. System message says I can't put extra item because it'll exceed the limit of secured items in the house. I think it's either caused by miscalculation of house storage or buggy bonus storage deed I used lately. Hope +C will look into it as soon as he could.

After using the bonus storage deed, I can no longer secure anything in any house -- says it would exceed the storage limit. Even in a brand new keep with nothing secured or locked down. So yeah, storage deed is bugged. Hoping +C gets to it today...

I have just restarted the server with a fix for this issue, it should work correctly now.

No joy. Better now, but the deed reduces the storage of every house by 500.

I spoke too soon. As soon as I try to put anything in a container it jumps right back to "this action would exceed the secure storage limit of the house." Even in a completely empty house. But if I try to lock something down *before* using a container, the lockdown works. Afterwards, even lockdowns fail.

Meh, after playing hard all weekend due to the IDOC I need to go get groceries anyway. Colibri'll get it fixed soon enough. And if it turns out to be a subtle bug, hopefully he'll revert the storage deeds until it's fixed (hint hint). :)

Lol, I never thought I'd see the day when something I wrote was held up as an example of, "patience and gratitude."
