2. Click Shops --> Spook-tacular's Deco Contest Plots [Tesla Electra]
3. Leave a rune to your house in the blue inbox on the table
& Nugget or Tesla Electra will contact you to put up a house to house gate

Rules:
-Be Halloween themed!
-Use an 18x18 plot or smaller
-Must be a new design
