Trick or treating without a costume has an 80% chance of a trick, wearing a costume reduces this to 20%.

so whats the hallowed power buff?
i didnt see any change in anything after he said he gave it to me.
hmmm, now that i look at it, my attack does 67-109 with my jack sparrow sword....
makes fighting balleys alot quicker, lol

Hallowed power gives a random on hit buff
Lucky! gives 100 luck
Spellzerker gives Cast recovery +4, LMC +10, LRC +20, CastSpeed +2
