Buying GoC 3 million

Hello,
I want to buy a GoC for 3 million. The prices seemed to have inflated on these. Last one i bought some months ago was 3 mil. Lowest i have seen now is 4 million.
But I do not want to pay more than 3
If you are willing to part with one for 3 mil; then great. If not; no biggie =)
