Hi, Hara and i had a similiar problem a while ago with items on our vendors that were obviously priced for newbies, but instead bought by players that were almost vets and extremely rich already, so they could sell the items in their shop for 20x the price.

Is it possible to code a function that only allows young players to buy certain items ?

Yes this is on my todo list for a few weeks now... since it was first reported. What i plan is that a vendor would have a special setting that can be turned on or off by the owner of the vendor, and if this feature would be turned on then only young players (well we'd have to redefine "young" since many players get to 400 skill points very fast) would be able to purchase from that vendor.
