after getting the expatch 12 the game ran fine for a day but now the game will lag out and crash. It's so bad i can't even submit an in game ticket before i crash out. I don't know if this is patch related. Thanks.

Hey Ellie, this sounds like an issue that I see every few months, might not be related to the patch. I moved you to britain, that might fix it.

Let me know if you can login now. If you still can't, try logging to an alt char and see if it works there.

ok, i'm able to log in but when i'm in game everything runs fine for a minute or so then it starts lagging, then it freezes and crashes. since you moved me to britain, i got in and everything worked ok for about 10 minutes then it started doing the same thing again. also i can't log in to portal on the web site. tryed that yesterday as well when all this started happening. also tried an alt char and it does the same thing. Thanks for looking into this.

It has nothing to do with patch. Me and Kyudo are having the same problem. It is everyone. At least I got to water my plants!

The same is happening to me today, seems like. Sometimes I can stay in for awhile as long as I don't move, but the moment I do... nuclear winter.

as of this post, the problem seems to be solved. was able to tend bees and plants with no problems.
