If there is annnnnny way possible to make this a universal dye tub hue in the attached file that would be totally awesome!

How did you make this hue, if you used UOFiddler, you can apply it just to your own hue file... but if the Admins were to make that an individual hue they would have to 1 add it server side and 2 issue a new patch for the client, or just an updated hue file so everyone could see it.. too much work IMO for a single persons request for a hue...

As far as I can tell, it's a hue we already have. If it isn't on display in the hue room, then it's already reserved and not available for use.

There's a similar hue, number 1576 as Aira said, but it doesn't have any violet in it. And it's a reserved guild hue (IIRC, it's reserved anyways).
