2 Keeps and 1 18x18 just east of luna for sale!

Pssst hey...wanna buy a house? Ok not a house...more like grounds that could make a serious guild hall/settlement/compound/roller coaster theme park...or whatever?!
I've got 2 Keeps side by side (1 tile space between them) and an 18x18 located just east of luna one screen past Horus...that jerk that won't let you in the nifty cave!! This area is supremely nice with mountains on 2 sides and a very nice front yard and it's super duper closer to luna. Kill the keeps (or keep them..ha ha!) and drop some merged 18x18s and you'll be all set for the next super mutant attack.
Obviously you would need 3 house slots to take possession of these things and I do prefer to sell them as a set.
Please pm me with serious offers. Keep in mind (ha! ok boo hiss) that keeps cost ~573k each, and that side by side keeps are awesome...and perfectly placed side by side keeps WITH an 18x18 front yard give you A LOT OF ROOM.
