Excelsior

I created am account on Excelsior yesterday. I am new to this shard. I have other people living in my home and someone ells want to play here to. I only have one computer. So I paged a gm, and put in a question as to how or if I can have more then one account on my computer. I received an answer this morning. The answer I go was this " to create more then one account type [account. I did just that now I cant log in and neither can anyone ells. I am locked out. What did I do wrong, and how can I fix this. Thank you.

Did you type [account while you were in the game, or, on the log-in screen?
If you do it in the game, you should see a windows pop up that allows you to create other accounts.
If you did in in the log-in screen, you may have locked yourself out
