I don’t actively communicate because my knowledge of English is not very good, and for some reason everyone thinks that I must answer some questions, prove something to someone. If someone doesn’t like something, you can keep it to yourself, or write it in a private message instead of yelling at the entire server, so that later my friends will laugh at it

I know for a fact I can [claim a blue (reserved) corpse that belongs to someone else. Anyone (including you) can test to confirm this. Anyone who cares whether they're following the rules anyway.

2. Report the player (Which has +C investigate).
3. Record the accused action and send to +C.

As far as reporting players for suspicions of rule violations such as multi-accounting, afk'ing, or various other rules, the system is there for just that reason. It helps players police themselves as a whole, and point +C toward those potential rule breakers. Many rule breakers have been caught, in large part, due to this system. Ultimately if +C delves further into those allegations relies upon his own criteria, or other factors known only to him. You can't possibly believe he jailed you based on the word of one player? If so, you clearly lack common sense and/or self-awareness. We all get afk checked, if that's the "verification" you are speaking of, you aren't special.
