Yes, I saw your previous post and thank you for testing the lilies as well and yes I do agree who cares as long as it works. I find it funny that the flowerpot works as well lol.

I took a little time to make sure, but yes, those silly flowerpots (crafted with the wax tool) do seem to work for bees. I got my first wax and honey yield from a hive using only one such flowerpot this morning, but I dismantled my experimental hive for now, for lack of anything else I want to test.
My final results: non-flowers such as snake plants and cactus do not work for bees. Lilies and crafted flowerpots do work for bees.

I think it is funny flower pots work but then again I know why.
The item name has "flower" in it. Like I said in my post before anything with flower In it will work.

Anyone want to test out on a container renamed 'Flower' by an engraver?

I am just getting my bees set up so cannot really do an experiment
