No idea about the ETA, could be in 30 minutes or more than an hour. Should have written "getting on line with the tech support" since still not been assigned a technician... the automatic ticket handling is making it all worse.

How the tables have turned...
Well, it was diagnosed and from what I saw on the screen, I think they took it offline, probably a part will have to be replaced (the motherboard since the network card is soldered on there).

At least the parts are easily accessible.

I'm watching the remote screen over BMC/IPMI, I see restarts and browsing through the BIOS settings, there hasn't been any movement for the past 10 minutes... I hope he/she hasn't given up

Still getting PXE-boot timeouts, which means that the ethernet connection isn't working.
I've now lost connection to the BMC/IPMI, server disconnected and probably taken into hardware servicing.

Ok we're up! And Re-Boots are enabled
Thank you for your patience everyone, this was about a 2.5 hour downtime.
Fortunately, no revert! The server didn't crash, but got disconnected about 15 minutes after the hourly save, at 22:15. But it kept running and then saved at 23:00. So we're resuming from that save point.
Daily achievements (e.g. the Daily Voting Achievement) will be exempt from resetting for the next 48 hours. The voting system unfortunately doesn't have the option for exceptions like this, so if the server was offline during the time when you usually vote, you'll miss today's reward.
There's a beehive-cycletime-reset stone at the towncenter, and will be there for 48 hours. Use it to set the time when your beehives do their daily cycle.

Although we were back online, it seems that the server is still disconnecting randomly every few minutes... Based on the report, it was a faulty network cable connection, so maybe they jiggled it around a bit until it worked, but the underlying issue is still there.
I've let them know, and looking forward to the fix.
Connection to the server is currently unstable.

Guys, Lachian hasn't been on in awhile. I think the server is going through withdrawals.
