don't know how to get a hold of colbri, but the server is having massive lag, its not just me, everyone else is getting it too.

walking is glitchy, recalls, gates, and sacred journys wont work, lag on drag and drop.

Just confirming for +C, hoping he see's this. It is definitely a server side issue, all players are experiencing the glitching. It's not simply a lag issue. All actions are getting queue'd and not resolving. Items are getting stuck in drag/drop and only re-appear after logging in and out. Began suddenly and some folks were reporting 5000ms + pings. Started about 2 hours ago

Confirm everything said here. No Recalling or BOD-getting, just escorting npc is working.

You can escort? Lucky! I can't do anything other then run around and even then it freezes every few seconds.

I can't even log into the game right now.

I have just found the source of the issue, and have fixed it. Now reviewing the consistency of the world - i see that the error caused a lot of items to be misplaced, actions only partially commited (e.g. lifting/dropping an item resulted in the item being "partially dropped" which means it's lost in the void).

The error started happening at 13:52 shard time. After reviewing the logs and overall situation, I have found that after that the world has become very inconsistent, and have decided to revert to the 13:00 world save.

After the errors began lot of actions in the game have been only partially completed, lots of items have been misplaced (e.g., an item that has been lifted and dropped, stayed somewhere in the void... contents of corpses lost, etc...). While it would be possible to manually recover those items, that would take a very long time. But since the server was very laggy during this time, it's better to revert these hours of almost unplayable game, than to resume with a world that could possibly mean fixing things for days or weeks, or who knows how long, to fix everything that might have gone wrong during this time.

I have fixed the underlying bug that caused this, so this shouldn't be an issue anymore. Having another person being able to reboot the shard wouldn't do much good because the problem has to be properly corrected. If an engine in a card does a weird sound, but that goes away if you turn it off and back on... well, it's better to turn the car off and have it towed to a mechanic.

Server is now online and seems to be ok.

Just had a restart with a bit of server maintenance/reconfiguring which took about 30 minutes, it's online now.

Hey col, i emailed you over a month ago as im unable to login but had no reply. How can i get my password changed? Im unsure if its a problem with password or problem with game. Thanks
