it'll just revert to the last save.. usually no longer than 30 minutes

We're back online. Unfortunately there's an approx 49 minute revert, and I have changed our save interval to 30 minutes again. A similar unexplained event happened 2 times before (it's not exactly a crash, more of an unscheduled & unexplained shutdown).
