While that is correct, i do believe that anyone who is tech savvy and knows how a tracer works will know what it means if there are three stars instead of a ping time.

shard went down roughly 15 minutes ago. i didnt see it say shard crashed. just said disconnect .

I guess this ISP means business when it comes to maintenance and network upgrades. It's 3AM here and a perfect time for "very few people to be affected".
