I'm guessing it's more than a PSU issue now.

the problem is origin uo is stealing accounts i just sent them a letter to release mine...found out they linked my old uo account to this one and somehow is stopping me from loggin on to excelsior...help...this is serious

Perhaps if we reverse the polarity and reroute the input through the positronic matrix while we eject a concentrated stream of chronitons from the main deflector dish. That's the best solution I can come up with.

im very serious...just got a puter generated response that they would look at my complaint within 72 hours

Well considering the "cannot connect to origin" screen that pops when you cannot connect, Is standard for any shard that isnt up, you might have just sent them an email for nothing. Custom Servers and shards do not update that screen to say "Excelsior" or WHatever their server maybe to be say something else.

We already know it was a PSU failure. If your having account issues it's most likely not related.

Must not be the "PSU"......Unless it takes 7+ hrs almost to locate that as a problem and then fix it.... lol
