No, google talk / googlehangouts. I personally use my gmail address in a 3rd party universal chat program, but some folks use hangouts for text chat in Chrome.

I don't use gtalk, however I actively use skype and my email account daily, upon request when youre ready I can send those details if needed

Due to immensely bad behavior & dramamongering, I am scrapping this project and all previous approvals are canceled. I will offer building privileges by invitation only at some point in the future.
