The statement the game gives makes you feel guilty as if you were dumping off a dog before driving away.

However, you can easily release and retame. If its an aggro, easiest way is to pull the name tag, tell it to stay, walk away and then release and peace really quickly. Of course, an even easier way to bod is to trade to someone and trade it back.

Did you know that Crystal Balls illuminate like a light bulb when locked down? Try placing a snowman over the locked down crystal ball and see what happens. Effect is more dramatic if you do not have night sight on.

In the same line, did you know if you lock down communication crystals they glow green? Lock an energy? crystal from the Felucca Minoc Mine Earth Elemenals and see what happens. Ther should be a picture of my house somewhere in this forum in case you don't want to explore Fel.
