Hopefully the case for wich I pm'ed you is considered one that only you can resolve, as it implies a server restart. Also, I would like to confirm the existence of the player service for retreiving stuff. Is it 100 Ed's +10 Ed's per item only if it is due to a server bug or Is this service available for players who had a brain fart (forgot to insure, lost connection, etc.)?

yes it might be something that a restart will fix, hold on as a restart is soon going to happen.

as for the retrieval of your pets, that is correct and i will get to you.

Aye, after the restart I do feel that, after all of my research, your account will stop freezing. I do hope so, after that very late evening.

Rayne, if you remember well, you told me that the restart would occur that same night you helped me or the morning after. This has been 6 days, and i still have no hair, no bank account, nothing in my backpack and nothing in my bank box. Not to mention that my account still freezes several times per hour. As much as I took it with philosophy the first few days, I am starting to get frustrated at the situation. If you don't count on restarting anytime soon, can I have my belongings back? I cant buy anything, I can't fight anything, all I can do is chat and freeze. I would rather chat and freeze with my stuff than without it though.

For all who are not aware, my account is bugged, on the server side. Every few minutes (at the most 10), my client freezes. I can type several lines while frozen and other players will be able to read what I write, while my words won't even appear on my screen. I can't move, can't open paperdoll. I need to close client and restart, and even then, it can take several attemps to be able to log on. UO runs just fine on my daughters account an the same computer. Rayne kindly passed 4 hours with me trying to resolve the problem and in the process, she stripped most of my belongings (including my hair!!!!) to eliminate the possibilities of me being bugged by some items or stuff not supported by the server. I asked her at the end if I could play my daughters account or a new account for that matter until my account is fixed, to wich she said the it was not accepted. After telling me that I would be fixed at the latest the morning after, I thought that it was no biggie. But tommorow, it will have been a week!
