I like it, but I'm afraid there will still be colors that won't show well.

The existing black background is fine for most things, if only it just had a toggle to white button for black objects.

A toggle would rock if that was possible, though instead of black and white I'd go for the dark blue of the 'wooden box' in game now, and this pale blue that you are using currently.

As for the toggling... well i plan on (well more like hope to) someday make a brand new client together with all new larger maps, so that this would no longer be an EA game (anything that has been made by EA would be changed so no copyright would apply hehe). Preferably 3D :D This would be a group effort, hehe, I probably wouldn't be able to do it all myself.

Someday, maybe... let's hope so.

Ooh, something crossed my mind. Is sticky edges for the bag gumps possible? Kinda like what the skill and spell buttons had in the otherwise-horrible Third Dawn client, so that they can snap together neatly and move as one.

There is a group that is already working on a whole new 3d'ish UO client. looks good so far but graphics are rather plain at the moment

There is a new 3d uo client out there and it look rather awesome to me, The site was down when I went to check it but if you search youtube for Iris2 you will find out what im talking about.
